These terms govern your use of Hosting Cheap (“we”, “us”) services accessed via hosting-cheap.com. By ordering or using our services you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide web hosting, domain registration and related services on a subscription basis. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; scheduled maintenance may occasionally be required.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to host illegal content, send spam, distribute malware, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that breach this policy or place undue load on shared infrastructure.
3. Payment & renewals
Services are billed in advance for the term chosen. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered. Hosting plans may be cancelled at any time; see our refund terms below.
4. Refunds
New hosting plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Domains, and any add-ons already provisioned, are excluded.
5. Data & backups
We take regular backups as a courtesy, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your data.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
